Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Simple summary
Full refund if course access is not provided within the promised time (usually within 0–24 hours after payment).
No refund after meaningful use (e.g., watching substantive content, downloading materials, attending live sessions), except where required by law or explicitly stated on the course page.
2. When refunds apply
You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of payment if:
You did not receive course access within the promised time; or
The course was canceled by us and no suitable alternative was offered.
3. When refunds do not apply
Refunds are generally not available if:
You have already accessed a significant portion of the course such as joining live classes, or downloading key materials.
You missed live classes due to your own scheduling issues.
You seek a refund for personal preference changes after access was provided.
The course page clearly marked the product as non-refundable (e.g., downloadable digital products, exam vouchers, custom training).
4. How to request a refund
Email support@nginstitutes.com with your order ID, course name, and reason.
We’ll acknowledge within 2 working days and aim to resolve within 7–10 working days after approval.
Refunds for card payments are processed via SSLCommerz back to the original method.
5. Chargebacks (cardholder claims)
Cardholders may be able to claim with their issuing bank within 7 days if services were not delivered. If that happens, we will provide service delivery proof (e.g., access logs, emails, attendance records).
6. Class changes & rescheduling
We may reschedule live classes for instructor availability or technical reasons; we’ll notify enrolled students.
