Affiliate Terms of Use

Welcome to the NextGen Institutes Affiliate Program.
By registering as an affiliate (“Affiliate”, “you”, or “your”) and promoting our educational products and services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before joining or participating in the Program.

1. Program Overview

The NextGen Institutes Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to earn commissions by referring students who purchase our courses or enroll in programs through your unique referral links.

Your participation in the Program is subject to the terms outlined below. Violation of any term may result in suspension or termination of your affiliate account.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To join the Program, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Have an active online presence (such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or a personal website).
  • Promote content that aligns with educational values, ethical conduct, and community standards.
  • Do not operate or promote any website or content involving adult material, hate speech, political controversy, or illegal activity.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities

As a NextGen Affiliate, you agree to:

  1. Promote Honestly – You will represent NextGen Institutes truthfully, avoiding exaggerated, misleading, or false claims about our courses or instructors.
  2. Maintain Professional Conduct – You will promote respectfully and avoid spam, harassment, or deceptive tactics.
  3. Protect Brand Integrity – You may not use our logo, name, or design assets in a way that misrepresents an official partnership or confuses users.
  4. Comply with Local Laws – You must follow all applicable advertising, privacy, and marketing regulations in your country.
4. Referral Tracking
  • Each affiliate is provided a unique referral link (e.g., https://nginstitutes.com/?ref=<UniqueId>).
  • Referrals are tracked using cookies valid for 30 days from the first click.
  • If a user purchases a course within that period, the sale is credited to your account.
  • Referrals made through self-purchases or fraudulent clicks are strictly prohibited and will be voided.
5. Commission & Payments
  • The standard commission rate is 35% of the net course sale amount (excluding taxes or refunds).
  • Commissions are approved only after the student successfully completes payment and no refund or cancellation occurs within the refund period.
  • The minimum payout threshold is 1,000 BDT.
  • Payments are processed once per month — usually on or before the 10th day of each month — via bKash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer, depending on your selected payout method.
  • You are responsible for ensuring accurate payment information in your affiliate profile.
6. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must not:

  1. Use paid ads (Google, Facebook, etc.) containing “NextGen Institutes,” “NextGen,” or our domain names.
  2. Create fake social media profiles or websites pretending to be NextGen Institutes.
  3. Share or promote discount codes not provided by NextGen Institutes.
  4. Engage in cookie stuffing, bulk email spamming, or misleading redirects.
  5. Encourage users to create fake accounts or misuse referral links.

    Violation of any of the above may lead to immediate suspension and loss of all unpaid commissions.
7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, course materials, and branding of NextGen Institutes remain our sole property. Affiliates are granted limited, non-exclusive, revocable rights to use promotional materials we provide solely for marketing within the scope of this Program.

8. Termination

NextGen Institutes reserves the right to:

  • Reject or remove any affiliate at any time, with or without cause.
  • Withhold or cancel commissions resulting from fraudulent, illegal, or unethical activity.
  • Terminate inactive accounts after 6 months of no activity or referrals.

Upon termination, all rights to use our brand materials and referral links will immediately end.

9. Limitation of Liability

NextGen Institutes will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits or data) arising from participation in the affiliate program. Our total liability shall not exceed the commissions you paid during the previous 3 months.

10. Modification of Terms

We may update or modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued participation after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Acceptance

By submitting your affiliate registration form or continuing to participate in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms of Use.
